The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Please read it carefully to understand how and when your order will be shipped and delivered.


Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver our products across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

In case of high order volumes or delays due to external factors (such as weather, festivals, or courier constraints), processing may take an additional 1–2 days. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

*Express shipping may be available in select pin codes at additional cost.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping as part of promotional offers.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.


Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver your order within the promised time frame, delays may occur due to:

LEAVO is not liable for delays caused by courier partners but we are always here to help resolve delivery-related concerns promptly.


Delivery Address

Please ensure the delivery address and contact details entered during checkout are accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us at reachleavo@gmail.com with images of the outer packaging and the product(s) within 24 hours of delivery.

If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please email us and we will initiate an inquiry with the courier partner.
